To the best of our knowledge Diego Horta is a second generation coffee producer. Having grown up on his family's farm. He represents what is becoming more and more typical of smart young Colombia coffee producers. He is focused on coffee variety selection, such as Pacamara, Borbon Rosado, Colombia, Gesha and others. Included in this focus on varieties, is a strong drive to explore innovative techniques for post harvest processing methods. In addition to his understanding of the current tastes of the coffee market, he understands the need to be a good steward of his land and diversifying his farms production by including a range of other cash crops like plantains, yucca, avocados and bananas. I think you will enjoy this rather big and expressive cup.
