With a background in chemical engineering, Paola returned home to work alongside her parents and quickly became devoted to improving every stage of cultivation and processing. Her family tends a wide collection of varieties including Bourbon Rosado, Gesha, SL28, Typica, Laurina, and one of the most rare and fascinating varieties in the world, Wush Wush. This particular lot is a washed Pink Bourbon that has undergone a thermal shock protocol to kickstart the fermentation process.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003ePaola is known for her ability to cultivate delicate floral notes in her coffees through innovative processing methods, and this lot is no exception.
